First I want to thank KORBAN FAIRCLOTH, our salesman. He was great. Flow was no pressure, no hassle and no headache. I like things that way, it makes it better for everyone. I am a Bottom Line Upfront guy, and Bottom Line Upfront, I would recommend FLOW HONDA and the entire team to friends and family without reservation.
On our way to Pennsylvania our Hondas check engine light came on. We called Flow Honda in Statesville and asked if we could stop by with it since we were so far out. They took it back to service quickly and came to tell us it it would have to stay a few days. We asked for a rental. They were good about getting us on our way. Upon returning home, even thought the car took longer than they expected, they allowed us to continue with the use of the rental.
