The service department at Flow Honda has done a superb job of servicing on my Honda vehicles over the past seven years; my visit there the other day was yet another example of how great their service is. Everyone I interacted with was highly professional, and the work done on my car was precisely what I envisioned and was done at a very fair price. These Flow people know how to treat customers and maintain cars--simply the best!
I purchased my first Honda at Flow Honda of Statesville, and have returned to them 3 times for routine service. They are always courteous, the service area is always clean and inviting, and I hope to continue using them for service for years to come. Thanks, Flow!

This is an awesome dealership. I was traveling from Pa. to Fl. and the wrench came on in my car,so I just drove to thier service department and they fixed my car in record time. I forgot to say I had two cats in cages in the suv with me and the nice guy took them out of the car then when it was finished he put the cats back inside for me.Thank you again and Happy Holidays. We live in Charlotte but have had our Odyssey serviced at Flow Honda twice (once stranded while travelling, once as they were the only ones who had the part we needed. Both times the service was outstanding. If we lived closer they would get all of our business.
I took my 2006 Honda Civic LX into Flow Honda for service. While I was waiting, I went to look at the new cars in the Showroom. A wonderful Salesman named Roger Hill asked if he could take me for a test drive. I told him I wasn't sure I could afford a car payment, as my car is paid off. He said to let him try and we went on the test drive. I fell in love with the 2014 Honda Civic LX. I followed Service Manager Jonathan Caldwell from Winston-Salem Flow. They take excellent care of my Pilot. It has almost 250,000 miles and I think one reason is that I listen to his recommendations. Have not found them to add on or try to fleece me. We talk about each repair and weight pros and cons. I have put stuff off until next visit to save $$. It is worth the 30 minute drive to get great advice and feel appreciated for my business. Thanks Jonathan
