I've taken my Pilot to Flow Honda of Statesville on several occasions. I must admit, the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! The professionalism, knowledge, and integrity demonstrated by this team is second to none. My wife had her car serviced here. Talked to the service man myself. told him what I wanted he tells me what he wants to do. I said no. He does it any way and give us the bill. I am not happy. I have no intention of going back.
