I have used both the Zen and Empower hypnotherapy candle. It was easy to download the recording which I now have stored on my phone. I have used them several times. In the bath is my favourite place to relax. I have been having chemotherapy and have found that the Zen candle and hypnotherapy recording in particular has helped me to calm my crowded thoughts. After each session I feel deeply relaxed and feel I can face my day with a more positive outlook.
