I love the follow along workouts, podcasts and recipes in Flow 365. It is the first program that has given me the ubderstanding to lose weight and keep it off. I highly reccomend!

I first, tried the 2 Meal Day and had great success, I lost 5kg in 30 days, I then tried Flow 365 and I have lost another 4kg in 30 days, not only that I now have the tools to sustain the results into the long term! I highly recommend for those looking to find sustainable results.

Having followed Max on Instagram for a number of years, it was great to get started with Flow 365. There are hundreds of articles, recipes and workouts to keep you interested (with more added each month), and the option to plan meals and workout programmes has really helped to keep me focused. 3kg down in the first few weeks!
