Stayed there for 10 nights in September '17. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The carpet was wet adjacent to bathroom wall. Reported it, but after nothing happened, front desk said there was nothing written in maintenance book. No attempt was made to find the source of water. It could have been foul water! Bed linen never changed. Breakfast was a rugby scum for the one toast machine, with some patrons toasting 20 slices in one go. No supervision from hotel. If I can give this place half a star I would! I booked this hotel guiding myself from the pictures they had online of course the rooms looked nothing like they did online! The sheets were dirty, there was hair all over the bathtub and toilet... the bathtub was clogged... the bed was horrible! The phone didn’t even have a dial tone to it... the bathroom sink was broken.. the only thing that worked was their WiFi... this hotel is disgusting very disappointed. NEVER AGAIN
Hands down the worst stay ever. Poor customer service & the nastiest accommodations ever. Our room had bedbugs, visible mold, faulty wiring and a detriment to safety. After three room changes in a day & a half, it was time to go. Couldn’t even stay the remainder of our trip there due to the deplorable conditions. The videos & photos below in the comments!
