I really like this hotel,great spacious room, comfortable bed and small patio with bench.However did not have warm or hot water, and sliding door difficult to close in room 1320 and rather disappointed in the way employees handle complaints.I was accused of smoking in the room, which I didn't.All smoking was done outside on patio in atrium,I use a cup of water as Ash tray,my phone rang while outside put cigarette but in cup and went in to answer phone placing cup on table in room.After returning home I learned that they had ... read more

Eu Gostei ! Ja fiquei 2 vezes nesse hotel, nunca tive problemas com nada. Uma excelente localização. Agora quem gosta de luxo, esse hotel nao e o caso.Esse é Simples mais confortavel, eu recomendo !!!!

The room stunk and the rug was discussted.. I would not go there. It needs a whole new remodel.
