El Hotel Floridian tiene una buena atencion Por parte de sus funcionarios... Los servicios funcionan en general. Y el personal esta bien dispuesto para solucionar diferentes situaciones de los pax.
Ficamos 13 dias.... geralmente passavam de dois a três dias para arrumar o quarto.... as roupas de cama acredito que não foram trocadas durante estes dias e tive que pedir toalhas limpas ... ou não passavam no quarto e quando passavam não deixavam toalhas limpas... o café da manhã era razoável e lá tinha uma senhora muito brava e quando dava nove horas já guardava tudo sempre resmungando.... o cheiro no quarto era muito forte.... deveria ser melhor higienizado.....
If you could give negative stars I would. Actually I'm revoking all stars from previous reviews. Place is gross, they apparently have never heard of a vacuum or air freshener. Room was gross, hallways were filthy, and no water in the whole hotel when we woke up. Front desk was not hospitable at all and made it seem like you were bothering them. If you are thinking of staying here save your money and buy a tent, it would be much nicer.
This hotel is gross! Employees are rude, they had no running water this morning.. even if it's the city's fault they should always make sure their guest are taken care of! But nothing. The hallways are disgusting and smells of old carpet. Never ever book this place.
Cuando hicimos la reeservacion desde Panamá me parecio raro el precio a pesar de estar cerca de todo ,es comodo,aire acondicionado agradable y el personsl amable ;si estuviera que reservar de nuevo LO HARIA CON GUSTO .
It was disgusting the towels weren't clean and the pool had a bunch of dead bugs they also stole from customers and charged my mother twice for the stay and tried to charge her twice again, don't bring your family here.
Dont do it! Everyone here looks like they hate life!
