El trato en el hotel es muy bueno,las instalaciones están limpias , la seguridad excelente y la ubicación del hotel a otro nivel tiene de todo cerca restaurante,farmacia,de todo un poco.
I couldn't believe this beautiful state allow this hotel to open for tourist. We stayed 1wk, sheets were NEVER changed, pillows FLAT & I do mean flat, carpet is filthy, no security(anyone can walk in & out w/o code, pass, or ID. EVERY am we had to BEG for towels(which was 1/2 clean). Also front desk clerk(bad attitude). I book this room cux its rating was 3.5, but if I could give a NEGATIVE it would have been. I check into the hotel I am here for four nights I get into my room which was suppose to be pool side and the room stinks so bad and the wall is broken and the tv has no remote and the bed sinks in when u lay on it. I asked to be changed to another room I get sent to a handicapped room and it's just as bad as the room we booked. Don't waste ur time or money on this hotel I am so disappointed with the service from this hotel it's ruining my whole experience of coming to Orlando Florida for the first time. If you just in a bind to get a room...ok if not don't go
It was good enough. The people are friendly. It was clean. Needs upgrade. But good enough to sleep in. I got what I paid for.
