The rooms were nasty, we checked in for about 20 minutes, checking out the room and found bugs in the pillow cases, mold in the shower and sink. And the shower was stopped up when I tried to shower. They also blamed us for taking a shower even though no one in my family was even wet and didn’t return the first nights price but returned the other night we were supposed to stay at. This hotel was very nice and clean. They have wheelchair access for swimming and you can make your own waffles for breakfast, there are statue animals that make you feel a little like a safari vibe. I am not giving 5 stars only because I was placed in the very first room and for the four nights of my stay all I could hear were the comings and goings of the other vacationers and I could not get my changed no matter how many times I tried - not to mention the constant use of the ice machine lol. Muy satisfecha! Estuvimos el 17 de mayo el servicio de Check in fue bien rápido, el hotel es muy limpio, acogedor, tranquilo. Me gusta la localización ya que es bien accesible a todo !
I would not stay there if you paid me to went for breakfast and there wasn't any accept toast and cereal not what it says on it's site

My name is Vanessa and I stayed at the hotel from May 17 to 23. I made a purchase on Amazon, a computer that arrived defective. I left the computer at the desk to be returned. The person who received said he did not need a proof. But there is a week and the computer was not returned. I sent several unanswered emails. I called and do not know where the package is. I'm desperate.
Estuve junto con mi madre Alba Mairena y mi hermano en los primeros días de mayo, recibimos muy buen atención del personal del Hotel, es un lugar muy tranquilo a pesar de que el hotel estaba completamente ocupado. Nos facilitaron mucho la reserva de las habitaciones y cambios que tuvimos que hacer posteriormente en la reservación. Tiene muy buena ubicación , fácilmente uno puede desplazarse a cualquier lugar y uno encuentra de todos los servicios cerca.
Disgusting and unhealthy. There was mold and midlew throughout the room and bathroom. You could smell it. I just stayed there over the weekend. I felt so uncomfortable in their bed sheets, I went to a store and bought a blanket to sleep with. I did not even shower during my stay because of the horrible shower. When I checked out I told the front desk about the issues in the room and all they said was, " i will tell house keeping". They need to completely renovate everything at this hotel.
