I visited in 2018 with my boyfriend Mark and hotel was amazing,what a difference a year makes price went up nearly 400 dollars no housekeeping had to make our own bed,tv didn't work staff didn't acknowledge us,breakfast was a free for all fridge didn't work properly also new laundry room rubbish card machine didn't work and they never had change on front desk ,so I will not be returning to this hotel again feeling very disappointed

Ótima localização. Perfeito pra quem vai aproveitar os parques da região. Muito próximo ao Universal Studios dá pra ir a pé, próximo à bons restaurantes. Se vai aos parques do Complexo Disney considere alugar um carro. Quartos confortáveis e grandes, bem equipados. Preço atrativo!
Económico, muy bien ubicado, servicio de transporte a los parques, ideal si viene sin vehículo o no quieren alquilar! Desayuno muy precario nada de frutas pura harinas. Pero el resto todo bien para la categoría del hotel
Net geweest, 8 dagen. Niet een keer een schoonmaak gehad. Wel handdoeken (3) ipv 4. Dus daar moesten we zelf om vragen. Wc zelf schoongemaakt. Bedden nooit verschoond. Bedden lagen niet heel lekker, met een bureau voor de deur naar de buren. ( als slot ) niet handig. Geen balkon als je hoger zit. En de mevrouw van het ontbijt was niet altijd even vrolijk. Enige pluspunt is de omgeving van het hotel. Zou er nooit meer naar toe gaan.
