My doctor and her staff have been trying unsuccessfully for well over a month to get approval for a medication I seriously need to help control my diabetes. They have submitted the proper paperwork 3 times and each time Blue Cross lies and says they never received it (even after verifying they had) , forcing the doctor and her staff to continue try, while my health continues to decline. Trying to contact company to check if patient is covered, I get redirected to an *** that hangs up on me because the ** we have does not have 8 numbers. When I got a live representative they stated they could not help me and put me back into the *** that hangs up on you.This company is garbage. Avoid at all costs.
They double bill me { try to bill me a month in advance }, they send out past due letter every month when billing is up to date then every month when my account is paid.. they are nit **** { putting it kindly } ****** requested no more paper letters { mail } 4 months ago they keep coming. Like dealing with the mafia this company
Terrible. They are barricading patient care with bureaucracy. Ive been with them six months, still no primary care doctor. Cant get prescriptions filled. Their prescription service, Prime Theraputics is a hostile!I had that insurance for years. It has changed for the worst. Avoid it at all costs!
Terrible customer service. General lack of integrity and communication skills. Supervisors, including *******, are not helpful. They just talk over you, and keep repeating the same thing. They have found multiple reasons to deny our claim. Unable to get help after 10 months of trying.
Horrible horrible horrible. They use Carelonrx for their specialty pharmacy. I never had issues with filling my Humira until now. Carelonrx charged my credit card $1500 without me authorizing it.
Horrible, disgusting fraudulent. The fact that they would put the great state of Floridas name on there. A reputable company is sickening. They charge you to be on the waiting list as if theres some prestige to it they take your money and make it a dogfight for you to get a refund, they lie, they cheat, they steal it must really be audited by the federal government because I know I am not the only one out here who feels like this I need to see my tax dollars at work and these people shut down
Florida Blue uses carecentrix for home health part of they don't pay nothing they **** over priced and clueless people answering the phones that are absolutely useless might as not have insurance all they want to do is take your money just to get stuck with the bill in the end
