I try to register for my account, but unfortunately it locked me out even when I took the correct steps to go through the process. I call the company hoping to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they only do automated voice calls, I tried multiple times to get through. On one attempt, I asked to unlock my account, but instead it asked if I wanted to delete my account. Florida Blue is an example of what's wrong with America's healthcare system.
Horrible experience. Went in for yearly wellness check/physical and was charged for that. Mind you I verified THREE times thats such a visit was covered, once with insurance policy via online, and twice with provider. Then went to specialist and was charged full amount. When I inquired with insurance, after hours on phone through bad transfer, voice bots, and poor english for them to state the most basic information and not say anything specific, just to say it should be covered and they might appeal it after reclaiming it, ... read more

I've been a customer for over 20 years. I've never had a problem until my new agent. She is horrible, does not pay attention to verbal or written emails, and does not follow through. She just took my money and screwed me. Never again will I go through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Your company owes me money back for her scam of a policy and not following through.
