Florida Blue falsely advertises plans and refuses to take accountability. I am on an ADHD medication that I have been taking for over 7 years. When I signed up for Florida Blue, I was told that my specific medication would cost $30 only to sign up for the plan and it costs $300. I have been vocal and made several complaints about how that would cause me extreme financial hardship and that the plan was falsely advertised. They have zero empathy, care, or regard for their customers.
Refused to pay for my my mothers medicine she needs to live . their experts claim she doesnt need it but she needs it to live. Horrible money grubbing Company.
**Only giving one star because zero stars was not available** You've gotta absolutely respect the hustle of a 13 billion company denying a life saving medication for almost a month, with no approval in sight. After FIVE years Florida Blue decided to automatically CHANGE MY PRIMARY DOCTOR and PHARMACY with **** insurance. I'm informed right in the middle of taking care of tests, referrals for a surgery and a doctor's ***** the next morning, I had to call and change the primary back to my original. Continually deny legitimate claims for various reasons to avoid paying from a no fault accident 2 years ago.. I suggest to anyone, find a bad faith lawyer and *** them if you have reason to. This awful excuse for a company does not deserve any of our money. They have severe deficiencies with international functioning of even basic processes, customer service is a complete joke. 49 years I've been on this planet. I can't recall a more unpleasant experience with a single company in my entire life. Last year I spent hours on the phone with them every month for 4 months because every month they kept canceling my insurance. If I could charge them what I make in an hour and total up all the time I wasted on the phone with them, they would owe me over $5000!
Terrible insurance company. They took my money for my first month's premium. I received a confirmation email and confirmation number. They sent me a new card. From my perspective my insurance was set. Turns out they never applied the payment to my account. 2 weeks later I called trying to see what happened. No one can tell me where my $1200 went. Their clerical error results in me not having insurance. Oh, and they are still holding my money for a policy that apparently doesn't exist.
Ridiculous deductible of $9,400 for just myself. This company is a prime example of why we need universal healthcare now!! As problematic as it is, its far better than the bureaucracy and bs this company dishes out & then takes all your money for the privilege. My total cost is approximately $20,000 a year for this garbage. Im not eligible for subsidies as were not low income but we are being raked over the coals for what is essentially no coverage and insurance just on paper. Cant wait till **********
Every few months or so I claim goes in on my behalf from my doctor and they refuse it and say that my auto insurance is responsible for it. I have not been in an automobile accident since 3 years ago and my auto insurance paid for all the treatment I had for that at the time they are just using that for an excuse to not pay my bills recently I went to a heart doctor and they claim that happened in an auto accident and haven't paid the bill this company is crazy and if you call customer service lies to you they say there's no... read more
