The lady was sooo incredibly helpful! My sister was poorly, so I called from a few hundred miles away at 4pm on a friday and she delivered a beautiful hand tied bouquet of seasonal flowers within the hour! I cannot praise her highly enough for her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, kindness and care! Xxxx
