Simon and his crew were absolutely amazing. His prices were comparable to the other estimates we received but his service and results were far superior. He came out and gave us a free estimate. When he first got there he was very courteous and put on shoe covers and everything. After he measured he made some suggestions for the type of finish we should use. If you are looking for a top-notch team to take care of your floors, look no further. Simon and his team are awesome. He is very thorough in explaining what the entire process is, what he is not good at explaining is what an amazing job his team does. This project started on Monday morning. I went over to the house at lunch to pick the color for the stain and the team had 95% of the house already sanded. Our floors look amazing and I promise you can't go wrong with choosing Flooring Service Group.
He rocks! I called him and he came in promptly ready to work and did just that non-stop. He and his team have an amazing work ethic and obtained top-notch fantastic results in no time: what they did in 48 hours another company that I had hired couldn't in 5 days. I totally recommend them.
I highly recommend the Flooring Service Group. Simon was very accommodating to the needs of my home Flooring project and was honest about what could or couldn't be done. He explained the steps, kept me updated and left very little mess behind. Simon and his crew worked very hard installing new floor, sanding existing to match, repairing pet stains and even staining the banisters to match. The project was under a time constraint but Simon made it happen ahead of schedule. I will use them again on my next project.
Simon and his team were hired to install hardwood floors in a couple rooms then refinish the existing (plus new) floor. They did a quality job and were complete in under four days. We were very satisfied that FSG communicated their schedule well and stuck to the plan until complete. All the things we expected as home owners were taken care of. Show up on time, complete work as agreed upon and clean up when done. All old carpeting and trash were removed from the job as expected. I would recommend FSG to friends.
Beautiful job! We were provided 6 quotes broken out by area with extreme detail. The quotes were provided the same day as the onsite review. The job was done in great time and with precision. The wood flooring and refinishing of existing match exactly and look wonderful. We were provided a number of test samples for the finish and the Jacobean throughout the house is perfect. Working in the design industry I have worked with hundreds of contractors and would recommend using hardwoodionas.com for any flooring needs!
Simon and his crew did a great job. They refinished floors we already had as well as added hardwoods to several rooms that had carpet in them. He matched everything perfectly and the floors look great. There was very little mess. Did our whole main floor Start to finish in 3 days. We highly recommend his company.
I would highly recommend Simon Ionas flooring. Did an outstanding job on repairing and refinishing our hardwood floor( over 2,000 sf) in less then a week. Went extra miles to finish in time, very professional. At very competitive price.
It was a tough project but they worked through the difficulties and did a great job.
