To be honest I was amazed with the results. I decided to get rid of the old carpet and have solid oak hardwood installed - one of the best decisions I made in years. We had a flood on a Thursday in a home we were closing on the following Friday. Simon came and gave us a quote that was far less than anyone else who had quoted the job. He and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that the floor was repaired properly and on time. Myself and the current buyers were very happy with the repair. I would definitely recommend Simon and his crew to anyone who needed any type of floor repair.

Project included refinishing 15 yo hardwood (never been refinished before) and installing hardwood floor to match in 3 other rooms. These guys were exceptional. Simione was completely professional - showed up on time, was meticulous and thorough, provided clear instructions about the ongoing work and future care. We needed the job done before guests arrived in town so we really appreciated that it was finished on time (actually a bit less then 2.5 days). The floor looks great (better than when they were originally put in) and they were one of the least expensive quotes. Couldn't have been happier with these guys.
