Service was prompt, competitive price, delivered exactly what we wanted, fixed damaged floors. Post-job clean up could have been improved. Definitely would recommend Flooring Service Group.

Simon was excellent. He was prompt and responsive throughout the process. I hired Simon to install floors in one room and refinish the floors in the rest of the main level of my home. He started and finished on time. Now to my floors. Beautiful is all I can say. The color is gorgeous and the finish is great. I would definitely recommend Flooring Service Group.
If you hire this company, make sure your apt is written in stone. I called a day before my scheduled apt. and the company had me down for another day, but called me back and said I was good to go. He forgot the color my wife originally said she wanted, so I chose the wrong color. He did not have any samples to show me and that could have caused misconfusion on the color as well. And if you ever do any work for this guy make sure that he does NOT take any decisions . The next day after he picked the colour he was like a puppy around his spouse because she was very pissed off. I am glad that the floor 'came out good' because that is why he hired me for . All this frustration is coming from a guy who claims 'I am the man around here and this is the colour i want ' .
