After another company did a bad install of my hardwood flooring and then disappeared, the Flooring Group came in to help repair the damage. I appreciate the lengths that they went to in order to save on cost since I had completely paid the other company. They did a wonderful job to match what was needed to compliment my home. I recommend them highly.
I found this company through the internet. Read the reviews. Sent a request and Simon got back to me very quickly the same day. Courteous, professional, on time. Gave very good advice, got my three rooms done in 3-5 days start to finish. Great job and will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to my friends without exception. Simon was very prompt. Explained everything, gave us good advice about our wood and we did not like the shiny finish so he return immediately and corrected it

This is the third time using this company. Simon the owner and his team walked us through the entire process. Simon installed new floors and refinished our existing floors. The owner was very patient assisting us in determining the right color and finish for our home. Always on time and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the final results, definitely recommend to anyone with a wood flooring project.
Simon and his crew did everything to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the project. They re finished my entire main floor . The price was good , minimal dust after the job was completed and I was not charged anything in advance. Had couple quotes from other companies but they wanted 50% before starting the job. Very pleased with the outcome . Will recommend .
