I received about 10 estimates with top contractors and while discussing the project (sand/refinish, 2k sq ft floor & installing new bannisters). I chose FSG because of the professionalism, knowledge of work and materials. I used bona for all coats and, as the contractor said, the final result is beautiful. I could not be happier with the work, timeliness (finished before promise date!). I will be recommending FSG to everyone I know. You will not regret choosing this company!
This company did a great job on taking carpet out of the entire first floor in a house, minus the kitchen and entrance area, I purchased and replacing with hardwoods. They also sanded the existing hardwoods and matched them perfectly with the new wood in refinishing them. My original plan was to only sand part of the existing floor that had been exposed to the sun the most.
