Awful customer service. Awful experience from start to finish. The floor was over ordered, despite the shops own surveyor coming out and we had to fight to get a refund, of which we only received partial. We used the fitters recommened by the shop and the floor has moved in several places, in every room. Despite several attempts to contact them to put this right, they have blamed a leak (which was put right) and will only come back if we pay more money. Avoid at all costs

Recommend Floor Design Studio in West Wickham for great advice and a large range of quality flooring. I recently completed a refurbishment of kitchen and bathrooms and used Karndean tiles. The guys at FDS allowed time to show me various options of Karndean before I made a final choice. I ended up choosing something different than I expected based on their advice. The floors are now in and the results are fantastic.
Despite being more expensive than Knotistry I decided to go with FDS as they claimed to have access to a list of trusted installers for Sisal Carpet, this was reassuring. The install was a complete disaster and now has to be ripped out - stains to carpet, gaps on steps & not even close to being finished. Incompetence is putting it lightly.
