Complete waste of my time and money. They charged me for a report that cannot be submitted to my insurance company as they listed the construction of the building as completely wrong even after i pointed it out 3 times (twice in writing). My house is a timber frame passive house with Fermacell internal walls and not plasterboard. I contacted Flood Doctor because I was not confident that a dehumidifier had dried the insulation below the screed floor in our garage conversion following a large hot water leak - it had been in place for 5 weeks. Pat Nolan was really helpful and a survey was arranged within days. Lukasz did the survey which was really thorough and was emailed with a quotation the next day.
