Burnt my skin!! Watch out! They had to adjust the water for my pedicure because it was initially stone cold when I put my feet in! When I was told to put my feet back in, the water was scalding and I burnt my foot! Received no apology at all when this happened, the guy just tried to rush me to put my feet back in and carry on (while I was still in pain) pretty awful service… We also wanted a normal polish not gel but no-one asked or checked with us like they usually do so we were pretty surprised at the end with the £90 bill... read more

Loved my experience here, staff are lovely and welcoming. absolutely love my nails every time!🤩🤩Not only do they still look flawless, but there’s absolutely no lifting—something that’s hard to come by. The customer service was exceptional—10/10 for making sure I was comfortable and cared for the entire time. And to top it all off, the prices are unbelievably affordable for the quality of work. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for stunning nails without breaking the bank!
A service when you want to get your nails done should be in a relaxing, clean and comfortable space. This place is anything but that. When you sit to do your nails no towel is placed on the cushioned arm rest. Also when they file or clean your nails, they don't wipe the tables as they go. You can see the filth everywhere. Plus when I told the technician I didn't want polish, she was confused and baffled that cleaning and having the nails in their natural state is a crime. The manicure did not feel luxurious at all.
