I had a very bad experience at this Flight Center. After 30 hours of travel, my seat on the last flight got given to someone else and my ticket got cancelled. I got rescheduled on an other flight 8 hours later without a single explanation or compensation. Even if I payed for an expensive extra insurance, they did not show any interest in helping me when I needed it the most. Finally, I asked for a window seat and did not get one during my entire trip of 38 hours - back and forth.
Not the best experience. Agent was really slow and seems to not know what she's doing. Definitely needs training!
My family went to see Tracey on Saturday. She booked our previous overseas trip. Gave us such great service we came back to book our trip for next year. We highly recommend seeing Tracey, as she is so friendly, great knowledge, listens to your needs and researches the best deal for you.
Flight centre has ruined our holiday. I've never experienced such a bad trip. Never going back through them. We were under the impression that we were getting a Skoda sedan or equivalent. We arrived at the airport and went to the rental car company that was booked for us. I should have known a car company called Alamo was going to be interesting. There was no one there. I had an enjoyable experience chatting with Jane, who helped me to find the flights I needed for my holiday abroad. She kept me updated all the time. The prices were great at the time of my booking. I will be back for future trips.
