I recently booked a cruise through Flight Centre’s Toronto location, with Jillian and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. HORRIBLE experience. Sarah Griffiths was the agent assigned to a wedding I am attending, and I have never experienced this level of disorganization and unprofessionalism. She was consistently unaccommodating, rude, and difficult to work with. She openly complained about the bride, added unnecessary stress to both the bride and groom, and failed to manage responsibilities that should have been handled independently. WILL NEVER AGAIN USE!!! a week before our vacation they added an entire day just for travel-- with a full day lay over. Refused to give any compensation for this hotel we now need to book in a city away from home. Misleading and unsafe booking experience We recently booked a group of 10 through Flight Centre with Kyle, and while the booking itself went smoothly at first, the follow-up experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning—especially when it comes to family travel. After paying for the flights, the agent told us we could select our seats.
