Thanks to Bianca at the ponsonby branch.Very helpful and patience with my bad computer skills .Will return to them for my next trip.Just a add on/ with all flight changes at the moment Bianca kept in touch right through all my trip, she was very helpful and having professional advise made it feel you were not on your own and would back you up if you were truly stuck ,many thanks.
