Called to book a trip to china or south pacific did not even bothered to call back escalating to head office
Why is it so hard to get someone on the phone? I booked on the website, am on hold for hours, finally get someone and they said they can’t help me because I booked online. Call the number in the confirmation and it says I’m calling outside of normal business hours which I am not. So frustrating! Does anyone actually work here or do you just like to take peoples money?

I have a problem with the model here, The staff didnt want to take on a 'difficult' booking and referred me elsewhere, and when trying to phone to get in touch the 'were busy with customers and cant answer the phone' response from you really felt unprofessional, especially when I get the same response the entire day
