Such a frustrating experience from the moment I told the agent we had booked a trip at FlightCentre Newmarket and I wanted to ask a few questions about the hotel we had booked. She directed me to speak with my agent for all my questions, she said “she can’t support questions for the whole country, only her customers”. I went today to help an elderly friend to book a trip to Fiji. The service we got from Lizzie was exceptional. She went through options and gave excellent advice. Nothing was a problem and she went through all the details slowly and explained everything. My friend was so happy afterwards. I would definitely book with Lizzie again. Shes awesome and really friendly.
My wife and I came to book a holiday today / there were only two staff on and both were busy when we arrived and we were happy to wait. I was surprised that neither greeted us, made eye contact or let us know how long they would be.
