I went today to help an elderly friend to book a trip to Fiji. The service we got from Lizzie was exceptional. She went through options and gave excellent advice. Nothing was a problem and she went through all the details slowly and explained everything. My friend was so happy afterwards. I would definitely book with Lizzie again. Shes awesome and really friendly.
My wife and I came to book a holiday today / there were only two staff on and both were busy when we arrived and we were happy to wait. I was surprised that neither greeted us, made eye contact or let us know how long they would be. Fantastic service and nothing too much
My husband and I visited Flight Centre Silverdale very excited to book a holiday to Rarotonga and were fully ready to pay on the spot. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Although the staff member (Lizzie) was friendly, the process took over an hour, despite us being very clear and flexible with our requirements.
