Unfortunately zero stars aren't an option. This has to be the biggest ripoff of a booking agency in history, their call centre is completely incompetent and calls drop regularly. I'm glad they are not an airline because anyone who flew with them would be dead or swimming.
Rude staff. Walked out didn't appreciate the condensending way she spoke to me. Booked through other flight centre in town and got identical flight 180 dollars cheaper than offered 1 hour before.
Wish there was an 0 star option. Awful company. Unhelpful. Can’t make a simple layover booking and then cancel your return flight without communication and assistance with rebooking. Workers on phone don’t care and don’t bother to help in stressful situations. Will never use these money grabbers again.
