I went to another branch yesterday... what I thought was arranged was not - so sorry you missed out. Stressed out all night thinking I wouldn't be able to get down to a gig.. This morning I called St Lukes and spoke with Leroy. In 1/3 of the time on the phone to what I spent instore, he had arranged our room, flights and given me Peace Of Mind with a better overall package.
