Hi guys I booked my ticked last week to australia from lambton quay flight centre very useless service i come cross even i booked my ticket I had to wait airport for 4 hours and nearly missed my flight plus on top they were asking to pay more for seats that i already paid for my ticket I had these issues both sides guys I highly recommend don't book tickets from lambtom quay flight centre wellington

I will not use Flight Centre ever again, the experience was terrible, frustrating and expensive. If you book online, you cannot get any assistance from in-store, it may as well be a seperate company. There is no ability to Manage your booking from the website the button does nothing, you have to ring and wait on hold, many, many times. It took countless calls and a full 24hrs and an extra $150 to change flights due to an error caused by their website expiring the token and then changing whatever Airport you were flying from ... read more
