I can't recommend Ahmet (Aki) at Flight Centre Birkenhead enough. He went above and beyond to make our family trip perfect. I gave him a long list of preferences and details, and he made sure every single one was taken into account. All of this was last minute and under real time pressure. Even when it seemed there was little chance of finding what we wanted, Aki didn't give up, he kept scanning the available options until the one we needed opened up, and locked it in for us, right down to the two-bedroom family suite and th... read more
Ahmet was incredible so kind and clear he was very understanding to our needs and the last minute quick information that was required. We booked on the Wednesday at about 2pm and left on the Friday at 7am for a 3 night 4 day trip to Fiji. He managed to get a good deal on the airfares and accommodation. We were very happy and had an amazing time.
Kendra has helped us with our last 2 international travels. She has been a superstar. The most recent destination wasn't exactly straightforward but it worked out perfectly. 5 stars!!
