Mixed, first flight good experience, second trip a nightmare. It took $8300 payment and said “oops, your page has flown away”. I didn’t receive an email receipt or itinerary, but the money had come out. Booked accommodation through Flight Centre that was not as advertised and, in our view, was not safe to stay in after we discovered an electrical fault. We had to find alternative accommodation during school holidays in a busy tourist destination, leaving us out of pocket and under unnecessary stress.
