Huge thankyou to Kayla from Manakau for finalizing a European River Cruise for my mother and l.Kayla is a gem having to step in half way thru after initial travel agent left the company. .Without Kaylas knowledge and experience the planning of this trip would have been very stressful .I highly recommend Flight Centre Manukau and especially Kayla to all future travelers.
Thanks to Chloe at Manukau for her help with booking our holiday. She was very helpful, efficient and communicated perfectly. I feel that if anything was to go wrong she would be on it in a flash.
Unfortunately, the staff members lack the simple skill of communication at this branch. Weeks go by without a simple reply or acknowledgement regarding refunds. Sadly, I do not recommend this branch if you are booking travel with Flight centre and I do not recommend dealing with Vinny. It has been 3 months. I went to a travel agency for the ease, but this has caused more headaches.
It is always a pleasure dealing with Chloe Long from the Flight Centre Manukau branch. This is probably the fourth time she has helped us plan our holidays, and each time she has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly arranged. Her extensive knowledge, professionalism, and attention to even the smallest details give us complete peace of mind, knowing that everything has been taken care of and all we need to do is look forward to our holiday.
