Would not recommend booking with Masterton. Or any other flight center We have always booked our flights with flight center for years with no issues because of smooth sailing . This year we actually needed assistance from an Agent . On our flight from Wellington to Germany we managed to get stuck in Dubai Airport (1 night in bangkok , 2 nights Dubai) ) We rung Flight Center and the answer was ..we can't help ! On are on your own . No help or follow ups what's so ever. We slept 3 nights on the floor in the Airport, lost our h... read more
