Sadly, they didn't respond to my online inquiry using their portal. So they only get one star from me. To add some context, I was traveling around on a yacht in Fiji with limited access to the internet. It made perfect sense to make a detailed online inquiry. The response I have since received is mediocrity at its best. When will we stop using the pandemic as an excuse for not delivering resnoble service.
