Bad customer service
I booked my appointment over 1 week go and they cancelled on me 30mins before my appointment. I rescheduled everything else to be available. Please don’t take bookings if you don’t have the capacity as you are wasting others time as well. Edit:- staff member was not unwell just over booked themselves.
Nothing was an issue for amrit, tricky questions were answered happily and honestly if not sure, very helpful and happy staff,
My wife and I worked closely with Amrit Soma from the New Lynn branch to organize a quite complex holiday in Singapore, Europe, the UK and Canada. Amrit has been outstanding and very professional. Anisa is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me plan my first ever trip outside of NZ and its a big one. She was so kind to me throughout the process, and so knowledgeable. Mentioning things I wouldn't even have thought of as I've never traveled. I'll definitely be contacting her later in the year to plan a cheeky Island getaway.
