Nothing was an issue for amrit, tricky questions were answered happily and honestly if not sure, very helpful and happy staff,

Anisa is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me plan my first ever trip outside of NZ and its a big one. She was so kind to me throughout the process, and so knowledgeable. Mentioning things I wouldn't even have thought of as I've never traveled. I'll definitely be contacting her later in the year to plan a cheeky Island getaway. Really rude service. Not helpful at all and nor patient. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to consider booking with a different agent. During a recent medical emergency in Colombia, I was left without the support I expected from my agent, Anisa Abdullah from the Lynn mall branch. While communication was prompt at the time of booking, once the tickets were issued I found it extremely difficult to obtain assistance when urgent help was required.
