Georgia at the Sylvia Park branch was so friendly, understood what we wanted and worked with us to make our booking process quick, easy, seamless, great sense of humour but professional at all times. We normally make all our own travel arrangements but after our experience with Georgina we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend her.

Attempted to book a family holiday through this branch. The agent I spoke to was extremely polite on the phone but never followed through with booking or quoting anything for me.
Total Service Failure – Misleading Information and Financial Loss I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flight Centre. Their website explicitly states that middle names are "optional," yet I was denied boarding on my China Eastern Airlines flight because my ticket didn't match my passport. I spent three months trying to resolve this, making 23 calls and sending 7 emails. Not only was the support team unhelpful, but they also attempted to charge me a $125 fee to "fix" the name issue that their own website... read more
