You couldn’t find a better place that covers all the bases - fitness, nutrition, support, encouragement, and motivation all in one family type atmosphere. We laugh and have fun and push ourselves farther than we ever thought we could go. Can’t say enough about it!
Flex Body Shop Bootcamp is the best I’ve ever been to. The workouts are different everyday and only take 30 minutes, which anyone has. The staff and clients alike are always supportive and motivating. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, this by far is the best fitness facility in Walton county.
Work hard play hard meet people! Awesome environment where no one feels like anyone is laughing or looking down on ya! We are all working on ourselves. I heard someone say ya gotta look ugly to look good. We are not here to look good working out we just wanna look good after!
Love this place! The enviroment and people are just absolutely wonderful! Being 3 months post baby I wasn't exactly sure if I was up for it but with encouragement from every direction at flex body shop Im on a healthy fitness path! Wouldnt be any happier anywhere else.

It's the best workout i've ever done. Everyone are super nice and make you feel comfortable but the workouts will kick your but which is a good thing means it's working.
