I started this 2 weeks ago, and I really love it. It's hard work, but it's fun too!! I have been to Planet Fitness before and did the treadmill and machines, but never got the work out that I get in the 30 minutes of boot camp!!! The Zumba is a lot of fun too!! Love Donna, she's so motivating!!!
I just completed the 6week challenge at flex body shop and let me tell you it’s the best work out I’ve ever done! These 6weeks I’ve met many different people from every age range to every background that have all came together to motivate each other. I highly recommend Flex Body Shop and will continue to be apart of this amazing gym! Thank you Donna for being a great instructor and an amazing motivator.

I love coming to the Flex Body Shop! Donna is awesome! She is always full of energy and always motivating! I love how it’s a no judgement zone where you can come in, work out and feel good doing it. Everyone at a different level but same goal. To get fit, healthy and gain energy.
Donna is an amazing instructor/trainer and has the best staff! Everyone is super supportive and encouraging. All body types and fitness levels are welcome and you are pushed to do your best while still able to modify any activity to your individual level of ability. This is an absolute 5 star facility!
