I just started going 2 weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE it! I look forward to Boot Camp and Zumba each week. Everyone is very encouraging to one another. I continue to make new friends with each class. Can't wait to go back tomorrow!�
Flex body shop is the best! Bootcamp classes are a great work out! Each workout always challenges me and it's only 30 minutes! Donna offers many different classes..so if you are a working mama like me you can get your workout in early before work! You won't regret it if you join!

BEST "30 minute " bootcamp classes around ! Many early morning and late afternoon/evening bootcamp and Zumba classes are offered here! Large facility with floor space. Donna challenges you to become stronger and leaner in a fun and welcoming atmosphere no matter what your size!
