Fit Body Shop has been great for me. Amazing support, friendly, family, home away from home. I'm learning my body, getting stronger and losing weight. Awesome trainer AWESOME!!!
Discovered Donna's Zumba class about a year ago, & I LOVE it!
Loving the work outs at Flex Body Shop at 6AM!! Thankful I found a place that works with my busy schedule. Looking forward to hopefully some more early classes in 2017!!!
