I absolutely love Flex Body Shop. I was nervous about joining because I don't enjoy working out. But the trainers and members were so welcoming. They push you in a way that makes you want to succeed. I just finished my 6 week Bootcamp and have signed up for an additional 6 months. Love my new FBS family. 💪🏻
I finally found a home gym!!!! It's like having a personal trainer but in a group setting!!! Donna And the WHOLE group is absolutely amazing! They work your butt off and push you!

I met the owner of this gym on New Years Eve and some of her friends. I heard of so many success stories of people that went there and it really inspired me. I’ve been going over a month now and am hooked. The employees and customers are so motivating. I just signed up for a year membership and am so excited
