Great place to workout and the staff is very friendly!
Just completed my first BOOT CAMP at FBS. It was 30 minutes of challenging but do-able exercises! all exercises were demonstrated and modified if needed. Fast-pace, fun and friendly atmosphere!

My friend Ginny invited me to boot camp tonight. I thought I was going to just help her with a bingo challenge! But what I actually experienced was a great workout with a bunch of encouraging ladies! This is by far the best gym I have ever worked out at!!! The 30 minute Bootcamps are awesome and Zumba/ Refit is a blast!! When I say this place has changed my life, I am saying it with all sincerity. When I first joined the Fitness Challenge back in October of 2017, I realized how out of shape I really was.
