Painfully delightful! Just getting back into a workout routine and the classes have been great. It is amazing how much you can get done in 30 minutes - and how much better you feel about yourself when you are done.

This gym is like a best friend. Everyone is always supportive, and very helpful. The workouts are varied and fun but challenging. I love that they will challenge you when you're not pushing yourself and high five you when you excel. There is nutritional counseling available, and they'll even help you if you have dietary restrictions. Dance classes are SO fun- burning on average (for me) 650-800 calories per session . I couldn't ask for a better fitfam. I love the motivation and accountibilty. Who says working out and getting fit can't be fun. I dare you to try it just once.
FBS is fun and totally worth getting up for my 5:15 morning crew! It is a fun workout every day. I get a total body workout to start my day and I can end my day laughing at myself "dancing" in Refit. Donna keeps us motivated and is very generous with prizes and rewards for hard work. I have been there for two years and it is a wonderful place to be.
Enjoyed the boot camp workout to help my wife get her Flex Body Shop Bingo square. Great place to workout.
