Love the atmosphere! The first time being there I had a good workout. My abs were killing me the next day. Keep up the good work ladies. Thanks to Wendy Russell for inviting me and meeting such a great group.

I’ve never been a gym person, always preferring to get exercise outside by walking or hiking, until i walked into FBS, ready to prepare myself for an Alaska wilderness trip, which would require cardio, endurance & muscle. That was a year & a half ago. Now, i am hooked on Boot Camp & Zumba. 30 minutes workouts, high intensity, and the workouts are different everyday, so i never get bored. It's a lifestyle! The instructors and other members become like family. They will love on you and hold you accountable. The environment is so much fun that you forget you are working out!
Flex Body Shop is a gym that everyone who joins, becomes a part of a family. The owner Donna Carillo cares so much about people and their health. When you see progress, whether losing weight, gaining muscle or doing things you couldn't do before, it is true motivation and becomes an addiction.The trainers are also motivating and all enjoy what they do!
