I have never enjoyed going to the gym before now. It’s fun, motivating, and always changing so you never get bored! FBS is the best!!!

I love coming to Flex Body SHop. It is the first gym type experience that I feel comfortable in. Not just comfortable, but cared for. Not just cared for by the Trainers/Instructors but by other members as well. Everyone seems to care whether you are doing well. Doesn't matter your age, weight, height or gender-everyone just does THEIR best and encourages each other. Love this place.
