A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We went here today for lunch and it was an amazing meal!! We have a family with seafood eaters and non-seafood eaters and bot left extremely happy with their meal!! The fact that it is on the ocean is great!!

Excellent!!had the baked cod and my husband had the blackened sword fish. We topped it off with key lime pie of course!! Yummy!!
Our first visit We made a Valentine's Day reservation online and got in early regardless of it being very busy. The food was VERY good and VERY reasonable! My wife got the Charleston Cobb Salad which has a grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, eggs, avocado, black eyed peas, crumbled blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Food was awesome and our server Morgan was excellent!
Traveled from Charlotte for Valentines Day and my Beau picked a winner! The chefs special was Sheeps Head served over creamy risotto, crab, and asparagus. I couldn't of chose a better dish!!! Definitely will be returning! ;-)
For the money we spent on dinner, I was disappointed on the quality of the raw oysters and fried oysters. The restaurant has a great view of the bay and the waiter we had was super. Maybe I expected too much my wife's dinner was perfect she enjoyed it very much. I do have to say I am a little picky about the oysters I eat. Overall we had a great time. I'll give them another try next year.
