A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Great food and fun environment. It was worth the hour wait. Even saw the speaker of the house there! I wish there were more parking however.
