A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Love this place! Never disappointed with the food, service and I especially love their lemon drop martini's. Yum yum :) great spot to hang for lunch or dinner.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. What's NOT to like about this restaurant? The location is great, the food is phenomenal, and they have the BEST pecan pie I have ever tasted. The parking is tight, but that's to be expected in Charleston. Do not leave Charleston without eating here.
